Like a million other people, I've been mesmerized by this kid (okay--he's in his 20s now) for years. Not only is he jaw-droppingly multi-talented, but he's effectively been making music in lockdown, out of his bedroom, for a decade already, and he pioneered the sort of synchronized multi-window YouTube video that everyone is doing these days.
I didn't have the patience to watch all ninety-odd minutes of it, but this "breakdown" session of his Grammy-winning cover of "Moon River" is fascinating. Imagine what he could do if he decided to get into multi-channel mixing!
