Don't know if this has been brought up before, but I get the impression that we should have gotten three Joe Cocker Quads when we only (really) got two.
8Q-54182 is pretty straight forward. "With a Little Help from my Friends" album.
8Q-54224 is a different story. There are TWO versions of the Q8.
One, with the "proper" artwork as the album is titled "Joe Cocker!" (note the exclamation point)

However, there is also a Q8 with the same catalog number, but with different album art.
I have seen this Q8, it also features different backside graphics, however it has the same track list as the above album.
This album art is also from a later, 1972 album titled "Joe Cocker" (note, no exclamation point)

Which leaves me wondering if this was a clerical error. Were we supposed to get the 1972 album of the same name but they cocked it up and re-released the 1969 album with 1972 graphics? Sure seems that way to me!
