John Miles has died aged 72

I've just seen this on the BBC web page John Miles, best known for his rock ballad Music, has died - BBC News

Sadly he has passed a way, only 72. He had a big hit with "Music" in '76 off the album "Rebel". I have a few of his albums, and BBC in concerts on R-to-R, my favourite album is 1977s Stranger In The City

Very sorry to hear this.

Rebel is an amazing album.
Great songs, performance and production.
I always meant to buy more if his music and regretfully never did
