Recently I got a SEA-V7E to use with my 5944s so I could stop using Itunes and VLC EQs on my PC and instead have a physical on-the-fly version that worked with everything. The issue I am having now is it is making everything quieter. At first, I used my ATH-M50Xs through the EQ with my Komplete Audio 2 to benchmark a base EQ. When I started to play music it was significantly quieter than if I directly plugged it into the Audio 2. Usually, I can leave Windows at 20 with the ATHs but now at 100 through the EQ it sounds like it is at 12 without the EQ. Even when I plug the EQ into the soundcard for quad purposes, it makes the 5944's quieter than if I plugged them in directly to the sound card, and that was already quieter than I liked. Is there something I am missing that's causing this? Thanks in Advance.

Are you turning on the SEA switch? Your pictures do not show the unit powered up.

Yeah - it was a second unit I picked up but I gifted the 880 and other one to a friend on orders of @she who must be obeyed” but it works but has 240v plug for Australia
