Seems crazy but I didn’t realize this was a covers albums.
That’s fine but certainly wouldn’t call it jazz, though I suppose many of her other later albums weren’t either. Don’t really like orchestrated ballads, I actually like the tracks with canned percussion better.
But, the sound is grainy enough that I almost wonder if it’s defective, or just bad mastering.
