Ajen Luccassen does not get enough credit for his suurond sounds, always highly enjoyable.
Ayreon-The Electric Castle- 5.1 DVD-A 24/48 DR's are 10, 111, 12, 13's, 14's, 15. Fish makes guest apperance with vocals.
My copy is the artbook, always try to get those for the enhanced experience with Arjen, music, sound and vision a true artist.

Mike, a lot of posters on the ole SACD.net turned their noses up at this series of 'ambient' surround discs, but I bought a whole bunch of these German made mch SACDs and consider them GREAT quality....especially for the money {I paid about $6~8 each].

This one's especially good if you can still find it
I have Charles Mingus on the way. It'll be my first!
Tough to find these for a price I can stomach.

Another favorite of mine also a favorite band of mine, was able to see them live in 2019 at the San Francisco Masonic, lively band and audience.
Simple Minds-Once upon A Time- this is the 2015 Blu Ray version 5.1 BD-A 24/96 DTS-HD MSTR. DR's are 11's and 12.
There is also a 2005 DTS DVD-V, DVD-A release, also quite good in 24/96 also.

You ever wanna off load I'd like to know! Been hoping to find this and Destiny's Child reasonably priced for ages!
Pretty sure I paid up for my copy Baggy! Looks like on discogs it ranges from about $125-400 for that beauty; but I'd bet you already know all about that. Not sure I'm ready to let go of my copy just yet.

Now the Destiny's Child SACD, I might actually have an extra copy of that one (they seem to be much easier to obtain than the Beyoncé.) Seems like the Destiny's Child has several different releases, I'd imagine the same mix on all but not sure. I believe I read somewhere there was some licensing issues or something with the artist, leading to it being pulled early from the market, for that Beyoncé, but check me on that! Both were mixed by our man @ThomC. Like I said, the mix was good on the Beyoncé, but I seem to remember thinking the Destiny's Child mix sounded unusual and almost experimental in nature (but it's been a long time since I checked it out.)

Maybe this will console you a little

FOR REAL??? 😲
Mark Knopfler - Shangri-La on SACD in 5.1
We're taking on water
Diesel and stores
Laying up awhile
Before I'm back on board
They're patching her up
To go fishing again
Fishing again
Jun Makino therapy time again...
Is it just me or is this disc impossible to find at a decent price? Just like The Man With The Guitar (Masayoshi Takanaka).
Then again it could be because my searching skills are horrendous, or the fact that I'm searching for small-run Japanese SACDs 15 years after release.

well, I don't know what your definition of "decent price" is but there is one at Discogs at about $50-free shipping from Japan, which is not bad for a 15 year old MCH SACD which had a very limited run...

I see that one - Jun Makino's for sale by KUPIKU-COM on discogs, but be careful ordering with them, they won't sell for under a certain amount and ship to the USA from my experience, YMMV
