I thought this was pretty cool when I first got it, but recently I've listened to it several times, and it's just really connected. I hear so many awesome influences and it's just a lot of fun to listen to. Surround could've been more active, but it sounds pretty great.

the story of Tommy
- yes, I owned the vinyl
- then I bought the MFSL discs. whoa !
- and then in 2002 or 3 or 4 ( its all so foggy.) I owned the DVD Audio. Epiphany
- and the SACD version
- somewhere along the line I bought the SHM stuff......platinum, SACD, mini LP, etc
- and then I bought the stand alone Blu Ray disc

EVERY version was incredible. And then I found Blu Ray Jesus

I must add that after listening to this new retweaked version I miss the track Footprints in the snow that closes out the original album. I do not know why Tomita removed here. If I make a CD copy I will add it back in.
