A couple of us have been talking about the Song Exploder podcast (and Netflix series) recently. I've heard nearly every episode I'm interested in, so I've been looking for a new fix. I think I've found it in KCRW/Santa Monica's Lost Notes, whose current season is devoted to "1980" (Grace Jones, Minnie Riperton, Stevie Wonder, the Sugarhill Gang, Hugh Masakela & Miriam Makeba, etc.). Previous seasons include episodes on Suzanne Ciani and Captain Beefheart.
