I doubt it if some of those he lists were ever released. Deodato / Airto in Concert? No way. But I have the stereo reel of that.

Seeing that it's Mancini, and RCA was issuing some titles on reel, I'll go with the listing unless Mark or someone else in the know says it was never issued. But Hank was a high-profile act, so it's possible.

Deodato airto was released as a quad reel.

I doubt it if some of those he lists were ever released. Deodato / Airto in Concert? No way. But I have the stereo reel of that.
