I've got a situation with the slider at the top of the unit. The two flat metal pieces that are attached to the sliders have come loose and nothing I have tried has worked to get them reattached. The 2 metal pieces extend through the slit at the top when the front and back are snapped together. The sliders are plastic and the metal seems to be aluminum. I have tried super glue and various Loctite products. The back and forth movement is too much for those products.
Does anyone know how to bond these two materials together so that even movement will not affect the connection?
