Cuz I've heard there is a IC with the same name that does another function. So, is this listing one of the IC's for the logic circuitry?

seem so, but you need some other ic to do the full circuitry, iirc mc1312 and mc1314

I know, Im planning on do the phasing network in a discrete way, and then buy the MC1314 and the MC1315. I just wanted to confirm if this is what I`m looking for, cuz the seller didnt write any description.
