Mofi has announced the first 6 Van Halen albums for SACD (and LP) Fall 2022

I mean, I can't think of the last time I've ever been so excited about a set of possible stereo SACD's. If they end up doing the ultra disc SACD's, I'll immediately buy them all.

Agree 100%. VH is a top tier artist for me. Also very tied to my wild high school/college years. Lots of good memories in those tunes. If they come out as SACDs, take my money PLEASE.

They may not top them but they are a completely new remaster done by MOFI so it will be different.

The remasters MOFI have been doing for the past 5 years or so have been amazing also.

You can listen to a download but it has basically zero resale value.

Yep, Gene, almost the price of the now discontinued OPPO 203! I'm sure the MoFi Stereo SACDs QUAD remastered from the original analogue masters will sound just stunning on your system.

Even the recently remastered VH RBCDs sound damn nice!
