lol, as stupid as that movie is, it is one I have watched many times and would/will watch again

Shake 'n Bake mofo lol
It's Genius Stupid! (I should copyright that phrase). The same applies to Walk Hard, which I highly recommend to anyone who's not seen it, if not for the Genius Stupid comedy, then for the songs, which are parodies across a number of musical styles and are brilliantly done, and hilarious.

My favorite part of Talladega Nights is when they're riffing on what it would be like to encounter Jesus, and John C. Reilly says "I like to think of Jesus like with giant eagle's wings, and singin' lead vocals for Lynyrd Skynyrd with like an angel band and I'm in the front row and I'm hammered drunk!" And pretty much every scene that Sacha Baron Cohen's in is gold.

Get Crazy. Although it's a film I've watched multiple times, I haven't been able to watch it since the day I decided to put my VCR in storage. Apparently many of the master visual and audio elements had been misplaced making a DVD or Blu-ray version impossible. Thankfully, those were recently located and the film has finally been released on DVD/Blu-ray. It's a cult classic that many have never heard of. It falls into the "so stupid it's funny" category, kind of like the Airplane movies. Except this isn't about airports, it's all rock 'n' roll. The action takes place on New Year's Eve 1982 at a Fillmore East style rock palace that is in danger of being demolished. Malcolm McDowell plays a Jagger-ish egomaniac rock star. Lou Reed is a metaphysical folk singer, a spoof of Bob Dylan. Howard Kaylan (of The Turtles) and John Densmore (of The Doors) play parodies of themselves. Ed Begley Jr, Bobby Sherman and Fabian are the evil corporate guys determined to demolish the venue. It's good, stupid fun. The film ends with this beautiful song that Lou Reed wrote specifically for the film:

So this is what I've come up with at the moment. Not counting Christmas movies as I watch many of them once a year and the multitude of Marvel movies I've watched at least 5 times. I like many different genres form the 30's to today. From the High Art films to Grindhouse, I find something I like in every sphere of Cinema.
