The label doesn't say anything about quad. It was released in quad in the US on a single (JBQ 508), but not with that b-side. Hmmm.......

That was the standard Italian CBS-and-Related label banter used on the back sleeve about the availability of Quadraphonic Lp. Lots of singles with that back-sleeve, none of them quad.
BTW, label does clearly say "stereo" (at 3 o'clock, last line).
