I have two of them, along with the original vinyls, japan SACDS as well as remasters from the 90s. In my humble opinion: these records sound perfect as it is, no need for another run of improvement cause there really isn’t anything to improve. Well, adding a 5.1 mix would definitely be an improvement however
Having not yet listened, I can't comment personally, and my only point of reference will be the Bob Ludwig remasters. Reviews are mixed. You can read more in this thread at that other forum. I really, really liked Shawn Britton's mastering of Brothers In Arms on MFSL SACD, so I wanted to complete my collection.
