Here's the first of three Fosgate units I have to post today.
This is the Fosgate Model Four.
Rarity: Uncommon - Fairly easy to find
Average sale price: Varies - from $20 to $200 depending upon the day and seller
Here's a link to one of the threads on QQ about the Model Four:

Harmon Kardon made a model that is essentially the same thing (but in a larger cabinet) called the AVP2. The owners manual for that version is now available on the quadraphonic.info site graciously hosted by Old Quad Guy.
Although designed to be (derived) 5.1 pre-amps with multiple imputs and the ability to choose "record" and "source" inputs independently, the Model Four is of more interest to members of QQ for their mulitple decoding circuits.
5.1 output with level adjustments for each channel.
Composite and S-Video in/outs.
Clean and tight construction inside.
And if you are lucky, you may even find one with the remote.
I wouldn't use one as a pre-amp (never liked push-button volume controls) but they are interesting decoders/quad synthesizers.
I have a couple more Fosgate units I'll post later.
