I have an awesome stereo system in my Acura RDX, and I love loud classic rock from my eras (mid 1960-s to very early 1990's). I have extractred files from BlueRay and some DVD, and have purchased files in .flac from ProStudioMasters dowloaded onto my MacBookPro. I play in my car by using a nifty USB - USBc "Mass Storage Device" (that's what my car stereo calls it) that holds 3-5TB of files. I transfer to the car drive on USB-c and play it through the USB port in my console. I also listen on my home speakers (only 2 right now) using the computer to play the files.

So, where to next? I have used software to extract Blue-Ray, and have more trouble with the DVD, and I read a thread earlier today that explained why....OK, I believe it because I don't know enough yet.

Any assistance, referral to other sources, or just.....

If I understand your question, I use MakeMKV for BR and DVD Audio Extractor for DVD.
