I was going to just let it go because of the insane price + insane shipping, but with the rebate and shipping to Canada, the price is decent.
Same here but Import CDs had a price I could live with.... $62.18 total.
Now I will try to just forget about it for a while. June is a long way off.

Thanks for the heads-up sjcorne (y)

Apparently the track listing was leaked on one of the seller sites but has been removed once again:

I found this tracklist in a Spanish prog site :
CD1:
1. Harridan (8:07)
2. Of the New Day (4:43)
3. Rats Return (5:40)
4. Dignity (8:22)
5. Herd Culling (7:02)
6. Walk the Plank (4:26)
7. Chimera's Wreck (9:40)

CD2:
1.Population Three
2.Never Have
3.Love in the Past Tense

It's available the length of every song and I think it's funny the titles of the songs in CD 2 seem to form a sentence: Population Three Never Have Love In The Past Tense

In the same site we can read that Steven Wilson plays bass guitar and some keyboards in Harridan as well as the guitar and voice as usual.

It's mentionned here on the official Porcupine Tree page that Steven Wilson plays the bass on Harridan.

I feel like Bull Moose used to be a lot more competitive, but lately they've trended higher

I know, it's sad. I would really like to support them, but I am not made of money and need to go where the best deal is.

They still seem to come through sometimes with the best price on smaller ticket items.

Although the price of the set with the Atmos mix is certainly not cheap, after listening to Harridan in Atmos on Apple music I'm definitely sold. In Atmos, this densely layered song really comes to life with way more bass and detail than is apparent in mere stereo, and Harrison's drumming is an absolute standout. There's tremendous, aggressive use of the height channels that really works. This definitely puts to rest any fears that Steven Wilson has left progressive music behind, and his surround mixing skills remain superb. If the rest of C/C sounds this good we're in for a treat. I hope the album title means we can look forward to more PT music in the future. By the way, how many bands is Gavin Harrison officially a member of now?

So, to see the pre-sale tickets, you literally have to buy the album from Porcupine Tree site. Jesus......I don't even remember who I ordered it from to be honest.
