I always make it a point when buying an SACD from Amazon to contact the seller after placing the order specifying: "If the item is not an SACD, as advertised, please cancel order. Thank you."

And yes its an sacd without the sa
I bought this a few years ago and was sent a promo cd.
I never listened to it in disgust and just filed it away.
I have my original Conga Blu
Now to find the live in Montreux. . Did I ever get it?

It works, until it doesn't

MOST especially when the vendor is responding from a location far away from where the disc is shipped. But I've had pretty good luck and returns are simple.
