I emailed REAVON last week but have so far not received any response as to likely availability. I have checked their listed European dealers and at least half of them actually have no mention of these players (including the French dealer!). The only tiny piece of news I could find was on the German dealer's website which says "The first delivery is currently scheduled for Q3 2021" - so maybe September then?!

I never heard anything back from Reavon but whilst the German distributor is still saying "available Q3" I've just noticed that the UK distributor now shows the following ETA info:

But since we've nearly reached the end of June I'm not sure that those dates have any more credibility than the originally slated April deadline.

Can you please post link so I can read more about them? Thanks😊👍

Found THIS 'endorsement' on the Reavon website regarding their flagship UBR`X200 Universal Player quite amusing:

“Since King OPPO Digital stopped producing Blu-ray players, there is no longer any alternative for disc lovers. But now we can count on Reavon to offer us audiophile quality UHD players!”

Humm, Near $2k US, and nowhere does it list DVD-A as supported? I'm not so sure about this TI Burr-Brown Audio PCM1690 DAC, have to wait till Amir gets one in to measure it's performance, so no idea if the analog outputs will be of any value (any better than the DAC you currently use).
If you use it's HDMI out for Audio/Video, its performance will depend on the AVR or whatever you have now to handle the data stream.
At this time I see no real value here, I'll stick to my Samsung 4k HDR player or my computer to stream the a/v to my Marantz AV7703. Sadly disc's are going obsolete in any case. :(

Sal, it MOST DEFINITELY plays DVD~Audio ..... clumped together as DVD~Audio/Video but the price is way more than the OPPO 205, IMO!

A little Welsh company is the distributor for the UK

Audiocom AV Ltd - Hi-Fi Systems, Home Cinema Specialists, Hi-Fi Tweaks, AV Accessories & AV Cables

As recommended by Frank Zappiti... :D

Not sure I trust them, the 'm' at the end of the name seems one letter wrong! This product they are selling breaks the laws of Physics and probably trading ones as well! High Fidelity Cables | Nano Particle Solution-1260 Price Per Bottle 3ml (audiocomav.com) Homeopathy for the tin hat brigades!

My Sony UBP-X800M2 Universal player suits me just fine for now…plays everything flawlessly😊
