Lotus - Santana SQ each disc side has a different label.

Welcome - Santana US had multiple labels for 2ch and SQ. Post #13 in this QQ thread shows 2 SQ Welcome labels. Custom white w/gold was 1st in SQ and 2 ch, gold generic SQ was 2nd:

Orange/Yellow swirl label was a Canada only single in '64. Vee-Jay had the US rights then, so no Capitol US issue (for the moment). You asked for it, you got it:

The promo 45 posted earlier is an '86 reissue. The non-promo is purple and emulates a '50's Capitol label. There is also a purple "for jukeboxes only" issue. --re-released in conjunction with movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off":

There are a variety of Odeon issues & reissues in EU. Canada and US Capitol have reissued many different labels Red/Orange early '70's label, Orange w/green letter '70's label, and so on and so forth...
