I doubt the Parlophone one is SQ. The date on the label is too early.

Interesting that the Phonogram copyright symbol is there. It did not even exist until 02/15/1972 in the US.

On this link the release is 1982 but on the label it's 1971: John Lennon – Imagine (1982, Vinyl)
And you can read:
Note that the matrix codes (QEX) represents the Quad mix (as opposed to YEX for stereo) but not sure if this plays Quad. "How Do You Sleep?" is the full version ****and not the trimmed version (no orchestral intro) that appeared on the 1971 Quad mix.**** (INTERESTING !)
The cover on the above link is just a plain cover but the one I know look like this: (STEREO Sleeve WITH QUAD STICKERS)
