The music of the Supremes is something I remember well from my childhood, I can still 'sing' in my head 1964s Baby Love.

Stop in the Name of Love, I Hear a Symphony, Come See About Me. Those are three I really like a lot.

You know, I just adore the Japanese CD-4 quad mixed LP. Odd bits and alt. vocals, just stunning. I never got a copy of that LP - but I have a good conversion.

May she rest in peace while those songs spin eternally.

She was beautiful, talented, intelligent and seemed very sweet. Ms. Wilson will be missed.

Her autobiography, "Dreamgirl, My Life as a Supreme" is a wonderful read.

I just watched her on the Motown documentary, she was still so beautiful. RIP Mary.

We were SO in love with The Supremes back then. For a while, they displaced The Beatles as our favorite group. She was gorgeous.

In the article, they mention Ms. Wilson working hard to boost the Supremes' legacy, which is wonderful, but that legacy was cemented when we heard the very first notes of those very first songs.

Back in the day I LOVED the music....especially My World Is Empty Without You...and I still love that song...and Stop In The Name of Love....another great one...but when I got older and learned what a backstabber Diana Ross was...I was turned off on HER...she seduced Berry Gordy to the point where she controlled everything...the other Supremes were merely stage props..in HER mind...she once told a live interviewer that they(her and Berry)had replacements for the other 2 Supremes if they complained...RIGHT in front of the 2 Supremes....she is a great talent...but a miserable human being...
