I've spotted a Rotel quad receiver that features both SQ and CD4 hardware. I'm not sure of the model.
Any idea how good/bad are these Rotel on decoding?

I didn't know Rotel was around during the quad days. I imagine the CD-4 would be just fine, but I don't know about SQ. Aren't they pretty much a high end product? I'm not really familiar with that brand. Happy Hunting

Only two Rotel receivers in the database. Very skimpy info. Both uits were from the very early quad days. Low power units. I get the impression that Rotel entered the quad era but departed quickly. If they did, their equipment aill likely be non-logic and, at the best, with partial logic decoders.
