Is there a site for sharing multi track content?
New 5.1 DTS SACD and old converted digitized SQ, CD-4, Quad Reel stuff
is there a place for eternal life for these conversions and recordings?

That topic is not in keeping with QQ rules if you mean commercially available content being shared freely. Specific artists do share stuff through their personal websites either for free or a reasonable cost. There is a lot of stuff "out there" if you know where to look but that can not be discussed openly.
