Shure replacement stylus?

Hello, I just picked up a PL-518x for low cost ($) and it needs a new stylus. Looks like it had a Shure M70EJ - which sounds like it was pretty basic, bottom of the barrel. Is there an upgraded stylus that you’d recommend (assuming I can use the same cartridge)? I’d like to keep it around $100 if possible.
