Knew this would be good at the start of the first song. The band starts off in the rear channels, followed by vocal up front. nice :)
Also, the song Hotcakes is a short jazzy instrumental piece that takes full advantage of the rear channels.
 
I like the mixes for this one, but not much of the music. Seemed to me pregnancy didn't exactly fuel Carly's muse very much, and with the exception of "Haven't Got Time For The Pain" and the funky title track, the material here is pretty bland. As for "Mockingbird," didn't like the Inez & Charlie Foxx original that much, and this one, despite being cute, isn't an improvement by any means. But I'd recommend this one for the quality of the mixes, and of course Carly diehards dug it anyway.
