Steely Dan's Any Major Dude Will Tell You...upmixed to quad of course!
So, I'm inspired by a post from @BPWingN on another thread. His comment was something to the effect of.......do you ever hear a song that simply grabs you emotionally and gives a body rush. Man oh man. Hold me back......
I'm simply a massive Scorps fan, and to date, there are few bands that have grabbed me in the gut emotionally....but the Scorps are at the top for me.
I’m a big LiPuma fan; just a huge important legacy as producer!Great thread!! May I offer a few? Elton John’s “Come Down In Time”

Also check out Diana Krall’s “Dancing In The Dark” ESPECIALLY starting at the 4:00 minute mark! (Don’t cheat- listen to the whole song to feel the mood- if this does not create a “ body rush” you may not be human)

Would you believe I got to meet both Tommy and Diana here in Cleveland as they dined together at a local restaurant on the eve of her weekend concert!!?? Tommy is Cleveland’s native son, and I am rightfully proud of it . We’ve named an entire college building and it’s recording studio after him and his wife Gill. If you’d like to read a very heartwarming story about Tommy and his Cleveland legacy, please click on this link:I’m a big LiPuma fan; just a huge important legacy as producer!
Frampton is an under appreciated guitarist. That last video is what I'm talking about....when Bruce & Frampton are jamming head to head, I just get the shivers...every time. Amazing...

If you don’t have this Bowie Glass Spider Tour DVD. Frampton is on this tour with Carlos Alomar; always enjoyed this show. Just too bad the sound isn’t great, but get it for the performance.
