Sonos Arc questions

Since installing, every time I turn on my Sony Android XBR, it either reboots, indiscriminately, or the sound goes off
when you turn the TV back on, it's fine
The Arc plays Dolby Atmos, through Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, etc., but NOT through my Samsung/4K/Blu-Ray player, which converts DTS, & Atmos to 5.1, & Dolby True HD
Sound quality is spectacular, especially, with DVD/Audio discs, which convert to DD 5.1

My guess is its an HDMI/HDCP issue, where all the devices in the chain are talking to each other via handshakes on HDMI, and some device isn't quite compatible. My Sony TV talks to my amp cutting out the sound periodically even when the TV is off, but turn the TV on and the handshaking sound cut-out stops, its extremely irritating!
