wow, I have no clue about this band, looks a little Prog. maybe?

a sense of irony in this...trying to get one of the "cleanest" masterings and pressings for one of Rock's dirtiest sounding LPs (OK, "Kings and Queens" sounds great , though...but oh, "DtL"!!!)
Anyway , sounds really great, you can hear all its dirt in full Japanese QC glory!...

Quite prog, indeed. Their best is Solar Music Live, imo. Their drummer, Eroc, ended up doing some CD remasters for other prog bands for Renaissance Records.

A couple days later, he remembered us being at the show when we ran into him at airport. We hung, chatted and traded jazz clips on our "personal portables" while waiting for our respective flights. His earworm was Brecker Bros' latest. Mine was Oregon's latest. A fond memory for a stone jazz fan.

it don't get any prettier than the Japanese pressing, have heard stuff I had never heard in the USA LP version (and I have TWO early pressings) or the 90's 20bit remaster CD...drop me a line if you want to take this further (I must admit I am married and I am straight! )

I just looked up the BluSpec CD in DIscogs and it states the song "DtL" as MONO!!!!

That’s why it doesn’t sound as good as the rest of the album. I love the song and when I heard it in stereo on the Pandora Box set, it was much better to me. Though, not perfect.
