Found these at a recycling centre. $20 a pair.
Quite rare from what I understand. Japan issued and some came back to US and Australia by way of returning soldiers.
These have been water damaged and parts of the enclosures are swelled and split, bit the seals are intact, so no leakage of air.
The drivers themselves are in great shape and inside the box is not water damaged.
I have plans either to restore these boxes to original or rebuild a new pair of replicas, using MDF/Hardwood combo. Or a custom box design. Unsure as yet.
Im using the 80L Brionic speakers below it as current SpkrB on JVC 5515X. They complement the SK15a nicely.
