Perhaps SQ encoding (of a DVD-V, DVD-A, SACD or DTS CD)
is a simple answer to providing a surround sound effect from
stereo headphones.
Has anyone with an SQ encoder tried encoding the audio
test section of the Sound and Vision test DVD (for example)
and listened to the result using stereo headphones?
