Surround sound receiver

Hi all does anyone have a receiver that has phono hookup preouts to add an amp and tape deck hookup I like to pay between 500-600 bucks thank you ed

I have a Denon AVR- 2309 ci w/ phono input, but it's pre-outs are limited to subwoofer and stereo L-R. If you're not looking for 5/7 channel pre-outs it could work, the only other caveat being that the center channel is not operating- the reason I replaced it. Could go with phantom center or it may be easy to fix if you have the know-how.

Quite a few "if's" but I thought I'd put it out there; would be well under your budget if you're interested.
