Only allusion to Surround is the mention of "phase coherence".
I don't have many Classical recordings so I don't know much about the miking techniques used to make them.
I was wondering if any specific miking techniques nearly always result in some form of reasonably good (decoded - DynaQuad, QS, SQ w/stereo enhance, [maybe] H) Surround Sound.
