technical problems with this board

in addition to the usual 'a runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Line:32 Error: Object required everytime I click on a post, I am also unable to modify my 'profile' without getting a userid/password error... what's up with all this nonsense? is this board programmed by someone or is this just some sort of freeware unsupported program?
