The Church's new album "The Hypnogogue" has an excellent Atmos mix streaming on Apple Music .
I think that's is a great candidate for an limited SDE run.

I agree, it's great but I doubt you'll see that one get a physical release - it was released through the band's own label "Communicating Vessels," who probably don't have the budget for that sort of thing (assuming it is in fact the label who takes up the burden of pressing discs). I've been trying to convince them to do a TrueHD download release for a while now, it looked like it was going to happen this past March but then the band started the US leg of their tour and things fell by the wayside. I think it still may eventually happen.

Wow - That itself would be phenomenal.
It certainly seems to be an overlooked album with or without the Atmos mix.

I kind of understood the band is more self financed these days and was pleasantly shocked when the Atmos mix appeared.
Shocked even more that it was really good.

The SDE thing seemed like a good marriage to get a bit of physical profit out unless Paul is more of a broker and sales vehicle than an actual producer.

Please, please keep us updated.
I would purchase download to ensure I had a digital hard copy (just in case it falls off of Apples tree)

For Australia bands, I’d love to hear the Little River Band catalog in Atmos. Reminiscing, in particular, is one of my favorite songs of all time, and Time Exposure is one of my favorite albums.

I would think, however, getting official Atmos (or even 5.1) full album mixes from SDE or anyone else is unrealistic.

I'd love to hear some of King Gizzard's best albums in surround sound! I imagine they would sound great with crazy Flaming Lips style mixes.
