I think my opener will be the opener on Blue Man Group's Audio (Mandelbrot?) disc... the one that makes people turn up the volume because it's too soft to hear, then after a minute of that, slams you hard.

there's a place for one of the tracks from the Lips' Yoshimi, just because it's a lot of fun. Probably the title track

Bohemian Rhapsody, because it has to be listened to in surround

Lucky Man with ELP get a lot of votes here. I do not own the DVD-A of this title but I have the SACD. For me the song "Still, You turn me on" really shines in multichannel - I get goosebumps all over when the chorus hits me, the soundscape is so deep/broad/airy at the same time.

Are you telling me that Lucky man is even better? In what way? Please enlighten a poor soul who did not manage to get the DVD-A...

Thanks,
Uffe

Lucky Man - Emerson's Moog solo :smokin I almost listed "Still, You turn me on" as it is one of my favourites, too.
Anytime you can hear a classic tune in high-res 5.1, it's a treat. Lucky Man is one of the classics.
