Hi Guys,

I've been digging around on the net looking into upmixing software programs. I ran into a reference to V.I Stereo to 5.1 Converter Suite. The program description sounds interesting. I've attempted to download the program but all the links point to a site which no longer exists. Does anyone know anything about the program or why it's no longer available? Does anyone have access to a copy of the program. It's freeware so there's no copyright issues involved. I would not ask otherwise. Any help or information about this or other upmixing software would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys

It's quite old and it did a basic ambisonic extraction, never updated.
Nowadays on the free side there is Specweb

BTW, these is a specific QQ section devoted to upmixing
