In the mid 60's, I was a little boy and one year I got a transistor radio for a gift. I would put it under my pillow at night and listen to the rock-n-roll station "KDZA". The beatles, stones, beach boys, doors, elton, bread, csny, moodies, doobies, bee gee's, eagles and all those top 10 singles from so many other bands. I was a young man listening to the what has turned out to be the greatest era of music there ever was or ever will be. These bands made a lot of music and I can still find albums from some of them I've never heard. This "older stuff" still satisfies my musical desires and I choose to spend my time listening to it. I have children that made fun of "my" music back then but now incredulously say "I can't believe I listen to the music my dad listens to"!
