Would the original material be in QS?; Chances this release could also be encoded?

Intended for release in 1975 by ABC/Impulse!, Crystal Spears was ultimately rejected by the label, perhaps the new group of execs just didn’t “hear” what was going on on these recordings. Certainly for the uninitiated, this is not jazz as they know it but unbridled cacophony...or is it? Modern Harmonic presents the first legitimate LP release of Crystal Spears, pressed on colored vinyl and with liner notes by Ra-ficionado Brother Cleve!
TRACK LIST:
1. Crystal Spears 2. The Eternal Sphynx 3.The Embassy Of The Living God 4. Sunrise In The Western Sky

Probably. It was available on an old Evidence Cd two fer with another unreleased by Impulse sun ra album. If mixed in QS at Impulse it should be here.

For the record, the liner notes of the Evidence cd two-fer of "Cymbals" and "Crystal Spears" from 2000 talks about the original QS-encoding. Unfortunately they released a stereo fold-down of the original 4-channel masters. The liner notes state: "these two LPs were once scheduled for release in Sansui QS-encoded quadraphonic sound. In order to use the original master tapes, Evidence had to re-mix the original four-track tapes down to two-track stereo." What are the chances that the Record Store Day re-issues will use the QS-encoded mixes? I say very slim, but I would like to be wrong.
