Sony SQD-2040. Not on my list created over the years. But, the database is admittedly not complete.

Hmmmmm..... wasn't Sony consistent with their model naming??? SQA-XXXX was a decoder with onboard amps for the rear channels and SQD-XXXX was a decoder without amps for the rear.
