Jim Hall Concierto on DVD-A?

I ran across this. I own a 2ch Mofi SACD, but have never heard of Jim Hall - Concierto on DVD-A. http://www.allmusic.com/album/concierto-dvd-audio-r684080 Can anyone provide any insights? Is it MC?

BTW: Ebay currently lists the Mofi SACD at $149 and $206. $78 on Amazon.

Could it even be, that the original CTI vinyl is actually a hidden non-marked quad recording?

Seems it did come out on DVD-A in 2002 on King Records Japan cat. no. KIAW-4. I can't find any other details on whether it was multi-channel. A few places in Japan (Amazon, Tower) have it listed, but no details and sold out of course.
