the product literature reads that it supports DTS - the box reads that it supports DTS - but when I connect the optical output of the sound card to the optical input of my Sony reciever - DTS-wavs only play as white noise.
I've tried the AC3 filters and plug ins with Media Player and WinAmp and best I can do is play these
files as stereo (though if I burn them to a CD and play them through the same Sony Reciever - they're back to 5.1)
anyone have any ideas?
