I have a real mixed bag and some are unique as I bought both North American and European editions(had Sacd and Pal for Dvd) and combined the best from each in the following 4. I then sent the cd\dvdv(Pal) to a friend from QQ in UK.

These are RARE as I combined the Sacd from European edition and the Dvd from USA Rhino NTSC as explained.
