Blu ray audio. NTSC and PAL any difference?

If I get the immersion BLU ray from the UK will the audio work correctly in a US NTSC player?

NTSC and PAL doesn't apply to blu-ray as far as I know. Only region coding, but according to blu-ray.com the UK immersion set is region "B" locked. http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Pink-Floyd-Wish-You-Were-Here-Blu-ray/23972/

Though it does say "A" and "C" untested.

NTSC and PAL does apply to Blu-ray if there is any NTSC or PAL on the disk. I've got a few movies like that.

Didn't someone mention some sort of defect on the UK version. Probably better just to get the USA one.
