The 'DVD' logo as printed on the disc, seems unorthodox. I don't think they are bootlegs.I can successfully rip this disc for my server, but it will not play (I use Plex on my NAS). I am possibly at a slight technical disadvantage in some ways, as I am a Mac user. But every other of my DVDs and Blurays that I've ripped has worked. I also have this release (which also doesn't play from NAS):

I winder if anyone has any clues?

It's a DTS disc. Nimbus released some ambisonic recordings on DVD. Looking at the discogs listing for the second title:

DVD-Video Layer: 2 Channel PCM UHJ 48 kHz, 24 bit; 4 Channel DTS 48 kHz, 24 bit
DVD-Audio Layer: 4 Channel MLP 88.2 kHz, 20 bit

Forum lore suggests DVD Audio Extractor but I don't know about Mac compatibility.

I use DVD Audio Extractor, DVDAExplorer,MakeMkV or .......... They work on discs of this series such as:

Of course, DVD Audio Extractor! I had forgotten I actually already have it installed. So as we speak, I am extracting the album as FLACs!

Many thanks both, for reminding me of it.
