So, I have a smart Fire TV, which has alexa built in. Even when the TV is in standby mode (basically turned off), I ask Alexa a question and she responds through the TV speakers, but you can just barely hear her. How in hell do you adjust the volume of Alexa while in standby mode? What I mean to say is, how can I permanently turn up Alexa vocals so that I can ALWAYS hear her, even when the TV is in standby?
I've tried about everything I know, nothing works. I can momentarily turn her up at that moment, but when we then turn tv on, then back off....Alexa is back to barely being heard. I hate it....
