I took a chance and bought this today. The price was right so I figured I had nothing to lose. Well, I was right. The box said DTS on it so I thinking that I was going to get a lossy DTS soundtrack. Wrong! It's DTS MA 6.1. Yes 6.1. The rear speakers are in use throughout. The way they seem to have it mixed is drums and vocals and bass to the front and Satriani primarily in the sides and rears. I love the affect. Satriani is right there in your lap. You can really crank this one up and it sounds great.
As far as the video goes it is one of the best BR concerts that I own (and I own a lot). The bitrate rarely falls below 30mbps and is up closer to 40 most of the time.
I highly recommend this one if you like their music.
