In Concert SACD available in stores today.

Circuit City has this for 16.99, and at Media Play it is 18.99. Forgot to check for it thoroughly at Best Buy. This is a Fantasy SACD, not a APO one, thankfully. There's some other titles also by Wes Montgomery and John Coltrane. (Yea, I know this is 2 channel stuff, but these CCR discs were mentioned in this newsgroup in the past, so I guess that's ok .. maybe Fantasy will put a multichannel one in the future with any luck)

I saw this one, the Charlie Brown Christmas (stereo), and the Sting at Best Buy today. Bought the Guaraldi, left the other 2.

BTW, just out of curiosity, Brian Moura has on his excellent archive of SACDs a listing for Creedence's "Chroncile: 20 Greatest Hits" on the Hong Kong Multichannel SACD release page. Does anyone know anything about this? Is this in the wrong category? Did the HK Silverlineverb the stereo into a horrible mutichannel mix? Were some old "Creedence Gold" quad mixes used? Maybe even Tab's conversion? :D

Just curious...

Stephen Best's excellent site has a listener review of the multi that says simply "avoid this disc." 'Nough said.
Haven't heard it myself, though, so usual disclaimers apply. Love the CD4!

Pretty easy to remember! A word of caution. I posted a review wherein I disagreed with another reviewer. I thought it was all pretty civil, but the other reviewer took offense and became quite unhappy; I appoligized as one thing being married has taught me all these years is it doesn't matter who's right; better just to put it behind you.
