Why is this a CBS tape and not marked COLUMBIA? Is it Canadian?

In Australia and England , all Columbia products were labelled CBS.
Primarilly to avoid confusion due to the Columbia (magic notes) label from EMI.

I have a Barbra Streisand Q8 like that. It had a sticker on the back label that read " CBS Q8 QUADRAPHONIC". I carefully peeled off the sticker and underneath it had the normal "COLUMBIA Q8". I wondered what that was all about.
